Robert H. Moss

Leonardo da Vinci is quoted as saying, “He who loves practice without theory is like the sailor who boards a ship without a rudder and compass and never knows where he may cast.” This principle drives Robert’s professional and personal pursuits, which is why he founded Aragon Moss George Jenkins, LLP. He strives to solve complex problems through the academic practice of law. Robert focuses a significant portion of his practice on representing small business owners in all matters, including but not limited to structuring, outside counsel, litigation, and transactions. Additionally, he enjoys employing an analytical and result-driven approach that allows him and his legal partners to solve novel and complex legal problems facing local New Mexicans. Robert has also successfully defended clients in DWI and many other criminal cases, brought and successfully won a major Dram Shop case, and recovered compensation for his clients on various personal injury matters.

Robert graduated cum laude with University Honors from the University of New Mexico in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science while minoring in Economics. He then followed his wife to Arizona, where she studied dentistry, and he studied law. During his legal studies, Robert became a law review Managing Editor.
